When to visit

The nurse practitioner at LG Health Express can provide prompt care for common illnesses and minor conditions—coughs and colds, fevers, the flu, cuts, rashes, ear infections and more, as well as screenings, vaccinations and routine physicals.

If you have a more serious injury or a life-threatening condition, call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.

We work with your doctor
After your visit, we’ll fax a report to your physician upon request. We recommend contacting your physician for follow-up care.

Don’t have a doctor? Call 1-888-LGH-INFO (1-888-544-4636) or click here to find a Lancaster General Health physician.

*If you are a patient of Lancaster General Health, we can access and update your electronic medical record. If you are not a patient of Lancaster General Health, please bring your immunization records to the physical.
