Before you visit, you may want to call your insurance company or see the list of participating insurance plans below to find out whether your plan covers the services you need. The member services phone number is on the back of your insurance card.
If your plan does not cover the services you need, you can still visit Lancaster General Health Express.
You can pay for uncovered services, as well as any required co-pays or deductibles, by cash, checks or credit card.
If Lancaster General Health Express is not part of your insurance plan’s network, ask the company to add us as a provider.
