We provide health screenings and can diagnose and treat a wide range of common conditions. We’ll even prescribe medication if it’s needed. When your doctor isn’t available and a visit to the Emergency Department isn’t needed, LG Health Express is the smart choice.

LG Health Express offers affordable services to get and keep you well, including diagnosis and treatment, screenings, immunizations and more. Most insurance plans are accepted.

What to expect when you visit

A visit to LG Health Express is easy, quick and convenient. Simply check in and give us some basic information, such as your name, address, date of birth, insurance and physician. Our nurse practitioner will meet with you privately to discuss your care. If your insurance plan is accepted at LG Health Express, we will submit directly to your insurance company. We will even send a report to your physician upon request so there is seamless communication regarding your care. Best of all, you’ll be back on your way and feeling better in no time.

If you're insured, you should contact your insurance company before your visit to verify coverage, including co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles. If you are uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket, we accept cash, checks and credit cards.
